Identify, explore and encash new business opportunities.  Potential mapping of customers.  To provide all necessary inputs related to Industry, Competition, business

threats and opportunities to corresponding BDH.

Responsible for overall achievement of the defined Sales Target from the

assigned customer base and consistent YoY Growth.  Action plan to fulfil the budget vis-à-vis Gap analysis.  Ensure for optimum usage of Forecast Management to build up Funnel for the

defined Sales.  Ensure overall and customer wise healthy order booking and pro-active actions.  Customer and Point of Sale mapping under RH guidance for new accounts.  Price realization from assigned customer base.  Share and replicate areas of success.  Responsible for executing campaign, product launch & special schemes in their

respective customer base.  Lead generation, qualification, follow ups & closure.  Rate contract and changes thereof, project/special pricing and sales terms and

conditions.  Strategic business / Project management and Coordination with respective

BDH/BU.  Customer feedback, survey and action.

To follow the Sales Visit Protocol – Do’s & Don’ts while visiting any customer.
